Shipping Policy

We carefully package and ship all orders directly from our fulfillment center in Accra, Ghana. We prioritize discretion—all our packages are wrapped plainly without prominent branding to ensure your privacy.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Rates & Times

Greater Accra: GH₵20.00 (Same day or Next day delivery)
Other Regions: GH₵45.00 (2-4 business days via VIP Parcels / EMS)
Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over GH₵500.00.

Returns & Refunds

Strict No-Return Policy on Open Items. Due to the intimate and consumable nature of our products, we CANNOT accept returns on any item once the seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened, for health and hygiene reasons.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

The wrong item was sent to you.
The product arrived damaged or defective.
The product seal is 100% intact and unopened.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at returns@herbalsecrets.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID and photos of the damaged/incorrect item. Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
