Products & Ingredients
Yes! Every Herbal Secret product is formulated with carefully selected natural and herbal ingredients. We never use harsh synthetic chemicals, parabens, or artificial fragrances. Our blends are designed to work in harmony with your body's natural chemistry.
Our products are manufactured in compliance with Ghana Food & Drugs Authority (FDA) standards and are registered with the Ghana FDA. You can find the FDA registration number on each product label.
Our formulations are pH-balanced and dermatologist-tested for intimate use. However, every body is unique — we recommend doing a patch test before full use. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider.
Product lifespan varies by item and usage frequency. Most of our products are formulated for 4–8 weeks of regular use. Shelf life from manufacturing is clearly printed on each label — typically 24 months when stored properly.
Orders & Packaging
Absolutely. We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of Herbal Secret or product contents on the outside. Only the delivery address and sender info appear on the label.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can also log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to see real-time updates on your delivery status.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to make adjustments.
We currently don't offer gift wrapping, but this is something we're working towards! For now, all packages are sealed cleanly and presentably — perfect for gifting.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver across all regions of Ghana. We ship from our fulfillment centre in Accra with delivery partners including VIP Parcels and EMS for national deliveries, and in-house riders for Greater Accra orders.
Greater Accra orders typically arrive same-day or next business day. Orders to other regions take 2–4 business days. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery within Greater Accra is GH₵20.00. Delivery to other regions is GH₵45.00. Orders over GH₵500.00 qualify for FREE shipping automatically.
Our delivery partners will call you before arriving. If you're unreachable, a second delivery attempt will be made the following business day. If after two attempts you're still unavailable, the package will be held at a nearby depot for 5 days before being returned.
Payments
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as well as Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money) through our secure Paystack payment gateway.
Yes, 100%. All payments are processed securely through Paystack, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your card details or mobile money PINs — all sensitive data is handled directly by Paystack's encrypted systems.
Payments can fail for a number of reasons — insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or network issues. Please double-check your details and try again. If the issue persists, contact your bank or reach out to us on WhatsApp for assistance.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the intimate and health-related nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items for hygiene reasons. We accept returns within 7 days only if the wrong item was delivered, the product arrived damaged, or the seal is completely intact and the product is unused.
To request a refund or return, WhatsApp us at +233 20 000 0000 or email returns@herbalsecrets.com with your Order ID and clear photos of the product. Our team will review your request within 24 hours and guide you through the process.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Mobile money refunds typically arrive within 24–48 hours. Card refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
